The timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.

1. Production Time

Every item on our store is custom-produced at our workshop once an order is placed. Since we specialize in personalized, industrial-grade steel monograms, your order goes through a rigorous multi-step process to ensure a premium finish:

  • Step 1 (Design): Our designers adjust your personalized text and Serif fonts to ensure a perfectly balanced and high-quality layout.

  • Step 2 (Craftsmanship): Skilled craftsmen laser-cut your design from high-grade, heavy-gauge steel. The piece is then polished to a smooth finish and treated with a baked-on Premium Powder Coating to ensure it is both weather and rust-resistant for long-term indoor/outdoor use.

  • Step 3 (Quality Control & Packing): Each finished design is carefully inspected and secured in our specialized reinforced packaging to ensure safe transit without any bending or damage.

Our typical production time is 3 to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Time

This refers to the duration it takes for your order to travel from our facility to your delivery address. We partner with India's leading logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

Domestic Orders (Within India):

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days once the order is dispatched.

    • Shipping Cost: At SteelTale, we believe in transparent pricing. We are proud to offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India, with no hidden costs at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

4. Important Considerations

  • Heavy & Oversized Items: Due to the weight and solid construction of our metal monograms, shipping to remote areas may occasionally take slightly longer.

  • Delays: While we strive for punctuality, SteelTale is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or extreme weather conditions.
